Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

Please note that we will be present at Pitti Uomo in Florence this upcoming week, which means that our office is closed for shipping. All orders placed after Saturday June 14th 14:00 (CET) will be shipped from June 23rd. We apologise for any inconvenience caused! 

• Amidé Hadelin ships worldwide, usually within 1-3 days upon placing your order.
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders within The Netherlands, and free standard shipping on international orders over €150 excl. VAT (sales tax).
• For smaller international orders (below €150 excl. VAT) we charge the following shipping rates - EU: €12, Rest of world: €22.
• Need to receive your order asap? Choose our Express shipping option at checkout, with significantly lower transit times.
• Estimated delivery times.
• Standard shipping - Netherlands: 1-3 business days, EU: 3-10 business days, Rest of World: 5-15 business days.
• Express shipping - Netherlands: n/a, EU: 1-6 business days, Rest of World: 3-7 business days.
• For customers within the EU, we charge VAT based on the destination country, in compliance with EU regulations as of 1 July 2021. Your total purchase amount is comprised of our excl. VAT price, plus your local VAT percentage.  
• In case customs charges apply in the receiving country (outside the EU), these charges will have to be paid by the receiving party.   
• We do not write down the value of your purchase in order to avoid or lower customs charges.
• We do not ship to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.
• All shipments are trackable, the tracking number will be provided by email.

Returns:

• Although we strive to supply you with products of the highest quality, in case something is wrong with the product you have received - or it does not meet your expectations - please send us an email at info@amidehadelin.com for detailed instructions on how to return the item.
• All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, to be eligible for a refund.
• All products must be returned undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, to be eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping costs are for the returning party.
• In case of a return, the original purchase value will be refunded, without the original cost of shipping.
